The 91 mm long blade is 2 mm thick and made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The edge is ground to a 23° angle for a perfect balance of sharpness and durability and extends all the way into the handle, allowing better control and stability when working close to the blade.
The classic Scandi grind makes the knife easy to sharpen and provides fine control for carving and precision work. This knife is made in Mora, Sweden.
