The 91 mm long blade is 2 mm thick and made from German carbon steel (C100S) with long-lasting sharpness and a hardness of 58.5 HRC. The edge is ground to a 23° angle for the ideal balance between sharpness and strength, and it extends all the way into the handle for improved control and power transfer when working close to the blade.
The classic Scandi grind makes the knife easy to sharpen and provides excellent control for carving and detailed work.
This knife is made in Mora, Sweden.
