On-Line Orders
You can make your purchases through our online store. Select the products you are interested in by placing them in the Shopping Cart. Once you have completed your purchases, click the Shopping Cart and complete your order by following the indicated steps.
Phone Orders
You can call the customer service center at 210 6039418, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (excluding holidays). There you can speak with our specialized staff, learn more about the product you are interested in, and order it by providing the product code shown in the online store. Invoicing & taxation matters
Our prices include all legal Taxes. If you are a taxable or non-taxable legal entity and are subject to a special taxation regime, the following applies:
If your headquarters are in Greece: and you belong to a region or belong to a business category with a special tax regime, then you must contact us by email, if it is the first time you register an order. The status of the subject should be proven by the certificate of submission of statement of works which you should present with any other document deemed necessary and requested of you. Attention, this paragraph does not concern civilians.
Changes to registered orders.
If you wish to change an order you have already placed and that has not yet been executed, you must contact us by phone at 210 6039418 or by email at info@outdoorshop.gr. If the above order has been executed, there may be an additional charge for expenses (including, indicatively, loading and transport)
Automated Newsletters
Upon completion of your order, you may receive an automated electronic notification confirming its successful registration, at the email address of your account, with the details of your order.
This email only concerns the registration of your order and in no case implies the full acceptance of your order by OUTDOORSHOP.gr. The acceptance of your order is completed after specific checks that follow (such as inventory check, credit check, etc.).

Payment Options
For your better service, www.outdoorshop.gr has incorporated many alternative payment methods, which you may choose for the payment of your purchases, provided that the relevant option is enabled immediately before confirming your order. Activation of each payment method depends on various factors, such as the shipping method, delivery address, order value, etc.

Cash on delivery:
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you must pay in cash at the time of delivery. The charge for the cash on delivery service is €1.50.
Note: The cash-on-delivery service is offered in combination with the value of your order, in accordance with current legislation (see the relevant paragraph below), and applies only to orders in Greece.
Credit / Debit card for orders in Greece and abroad:
At www.outdoorshop.gr Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and Visa and Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted.
The delivery of orders where payment has been made by credit card is only made to the credit card holder, upon presentation of the card and ID. Orders paid by credit card are not delivered to a third party.
By entering the required credit card information, the user/subscriber expressly declares that he has the legal right to use the credit card. Outdoorshop.gr bears no responsibility in case of illegal use of credit or debit cards as well as in case of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit or debit card by third parties. The provision of credit or debit card details indicates the consent of the user/subscriber to freeze the amount of the offer or service and to charge their credit card or bank account.
Legal Taxes are included in the listed prices.
Until full payment of the price, the goods remain at the property of the selling company.
Payment by bank card is only offered for On-Line orders from www.outdoorshop.gr.

Relevant Legislation
According to Law N.4446/2016 article 69 § 2 "Tax items with a total value of five hundred (500) euros or more, issued for the sale of goods or the provision of services to individuals, are paid by their recipients, buyers of the goods or services , exclusively using card payment means or other electronic means of payment, such as, but not limited to, bank transfer, payment through a payment account, use of an electronic wallet. Payment of these items in cash is not permitted. Therefore, orders with a value of more than 500 euros including taxes and other charges should be paid in the above ways.
Payment using your PayPal account for orders in Greece and abroad.
In this case, you pay for the order with your PayPal account. To activate the payment, you will be transferred to the PayPal login page. Your account will be charged on the day of your order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one from the PayPal login page by clicking here. For information about the PayPal service, you should refer to the service's website. Orders with PayPal payment method are subject to additional checks by Outdoorshop.gr and may be rejected, you may be asked for another payment method or there may be delays in their shipment. You may also be asked for additional information identifying your information.
Payment by PayPal is offered only for On-Line orders from www.outdoorshop.gr and for delivery to your premises by the ACS distribution company or any other company selected by the Business.

Validity of orders
Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 15 calendar days from their entry. In the event that it is not possible to complete the order (indicatively mentioned: inability to communicate, unavailability of the product requested with the order) and after the expiry of the said period, the order is cancelled.
Deliveries
Order processing, product collection, and shipments are carried out daily (Monday to Friday) during working hours. Deliveries are not made on official holidays or on weekends (unless otherwise specified). The courier company's delivery hours to the customer's premises are 9:00 - 17:00 daily (Monday to Friday), and appointments cannot be scheduled.
Service charges are shown in the table above. When the collection of the products of your order is complete, you will be notified via e-mail and SMS (provided you have provided your mobile phone). In the event that you have chosen a credit card as a method of payment, to receive your order, you must show your identity.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders placed on Outdoorshop.gr on working days by 13:00, provided that the products are available, are generally delivered within 24 hours (or otherwise on the next working day) in the city of Athens. For all other areas of the Greek territory, delivery varies accordingly and may take up to 3 working days. In areas classified as hard to access by the cooperating courier company, the delivery time may differ.
Delivery time and availability
The final confirmation of availability takes place during the processing of the order and the collection of the products at the distribution center, where the shipment of your order is finalized and planned for the products whose availability is confirmed. If the products are not available, outdoorshop.gr reserves the right not to accept the specific order and reject the specific sale. In this case, it will update and refund the entire price of the canceled order, if any. Orders are processed daily, during business days and hours. The total delivery time depends on several factors, such as the available means of transport to your chosen delivery point.
Update in cases of unavailable products
For orders with products that are not immediately available, but on order, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the products. The update is usually made within the next three working days from the date of the order to the contact information you filled in your order.
Attention!
Completion of the shipment with the receipt of the products
It is clarified that the products in your order are shipped and responsibility for transport to the point you have indicated to us, and until their receipt by you, belongs to Outdoorshop.gr. If, for any reason, transport is carried out by your own means or by a carrier acting under your instructions, then responsibility for transport lies with you.
VERY IMPORTANT – ACTIONS REQUIRED WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER!
Upon receipt, a thorough inspection of the condition of the product and its packaging must be carried out in order to identify any problem that may have occurred during transport. In the unexpected event that you identify any problem with the packaging, please do not proceed with receiving the product, but contact us immediately.

Withdrawal & Product Returns
If you have a problem with the product you just received and wish to return or replace it, we can serve you and offer you very simple and easy ways of service.
Terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of Withdrawal
Please note that: terms and conditions regarding withdrawal and return rights are set out in Civil Code and in Law 3587/2007 on Consumer Protection, the provisions of which apply inexorably.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product so that it is considered timely and no additional justification is needed from you.
In the event of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, a prerequisite for return is that the product is in its original condition, the packaging is intact, and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products, and materials are included. At the same time, the return is made at your own expense within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (whether you return it yourself or send it by a carrier). If the return is approved, we will refund to you in full the price you have paid for the specific purchase, using the same method by which you paid it, while the initial shipping costs and any fees during transfer of the amount cannot be refunded.
In the event that the product has lost its value due to mishandling that goes beyond the simple examination of the functionality and characteristics of the product, you will have to restore the reduction in value with monetary compensation. In this case, the specific monetary compensation will be deducted from the amount we will refund you. In any such case, you will be informed before the credit and refund process is completed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The Right of Withdrawal does not apply in cases exempted by current legislation and case law, such as products that may have been manufactured for you according to your own specifications, services that have already been performed, and products that are not suitable for return for health reasons if they have been unsealed (e.g. insect repellents, chemical toilets, water filters/containers)
Return due to wrong product delivery:
In the event that the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase without shipping charges. The return of the product, in this case, can only be done if the product is in its original condition and with full original packaging.
Shipping costs: shipping of the product to be returned, as well as transport costs, are borne by you, while the costs of the initial shipment are not claimed. Communication with Outdoorshop.gr is required before you take any action.

Withdrawal Form
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is enough to immediately send an email to Outdoorshop.gr.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION
If the product you have just received, has been damaged in transit, this does not concern coverage under the manufacturer's commercial warranty, and you should refer to the Shipping - Receipt Methods section for instructions.
