The Dala Red™ ergonomic spool shaped polymer handle features a friction grip, finger guard and a 3.2mm thick carbon steel blade, providing both strength and stability in every cut. It is also compatible with flint steel and has a protective black DLC coating that prevents reflections in the blade. The black DLC coating protects to some extent against rust and prevents reflections in the blade. Thanks to the blade and shaft construction, the knife is optimal for being able to work safely and efficiently in different weather conditions all year round. The polymer knife sheath is symmetrical, which means that it fits both right- and left-handers and has a leather strap made of Swedish leather that can be easily attached to the belt. Carbon steel rusts, wipe and oil the blade after use. Made in the knife factory in Mora, Sweden.
