Request for a Return
Thank you for choosing Outdoorshop.gr for your purchases.
If for any reason you wish to return a product that you purchased from our online store, exercising the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, then you should send us the completed form below, taking into account the following points:
Returns can only be made if the product is intact, with sealed packaging and the return is made within a reasonable period of time according to the life cycle of the product. In cases where the returned product is not in the condition described above, it cannot be returned.
If the return is approved, the credit will be given after the returned product has been inspected and determined after inspection to be eligible for a replacement or credit as described above.
If, for special reasons, a product return is accepted and is not in its original condition, or is found upon delivery by the condition check at our distribution center, or has depreciated in value for any reason, then the company will pay part of the price according to the condition of the product and its current commercial value which will be determined for the specific situation. In any case, prior to the credit, there will be relevant information.
The refund of any paid price or part of it is subject to a process of reducing the refunded amount and it will be done by issuing a Gift Card for the next purchase.
Outdoorshop.gr has the right to reject any return request without any obligation to justify this decision.
The return of the product is carried out at your own cost and means of transport, within 5 calendar days from the notification that you will receive that the Return has been approved.
In case the return concerns the wrong product, i.e. in case the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, then the return will be made at our expense.
Return Instructions:
The product must be accompanied by this Application, which must be approved and have the "Return Number" completed.
The package must necessarily be accompanied by a "Copy of the purchase" and with the return form where the "Return Number" is mentioned, taped on a visible place.
