Our prices include all legal Taxes. If you are a taxable or non-taxable legal entity and are subject to a special taxation regime, the following applies:

Payment Options

Relevant Legislation

According to Law N.4446/2016 article 69 § 2 "Tax items with a total value of five hundred (500) euros or more, issued for the sale of goods or the provision of services to individuals, are paid by their recipients, buyers of the goods or services , exclusively using card payment means or other electronic means of payment, such as, but not limited to, bank transfer, payment through a payment account, use of an electronic wallet. Payment of these items in cash is not permitted. Therefore, orders with a value of more than 500 euros including taxes and other charges should be paid in the above ways.

Payment using your PayPal account for orders in Greece and abroad.

In this case you pay for the order with your PayPal account. To activate the payment you will be taken to the PayPal login page. Your account will be charged on the day of your order. Validity of orders

Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 15 calendar days from their entry. In the event that it is not possible to complete the order (indicatively mentioned: inability to communicate, unavailability of the product requested with the order) and after the expiry of the said period, the order is cancelled.


Order processing, product collection and shipping are done daily (Monday to Friday) during business hours. Deliveries are not made on public holidays and weekends (unless otherwise specified). Delivery hours to the customer's premises from the courier company are 9:00 - 17:00 daily (Monday to Friday) and appointments cannot be scheduled.

Service charges are shown in the table above. When the collection of the products of your order is complete, you will be notified via e-mail and SMS (provided you have provided your mobile phone). In the event that you have chosen a credit card as a method of payment, to receive your order, you must show your identity.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders placed on on working days until 13.00 and provided that the products are available, are usually delivered in 24 hours (or the next working day) in the city of Athens. For the rest of the Greek territory, delivery varies accordingly and can take up to 3 working days. In areas marked as hard to reach by the partner courier company, the delivery time may be different.


Delivery time and availability

The final confirmation of availability takes place during the processing of the order and the collection of the products at the distribution center, where the shipment of your order is finalized and planned for the products whose availability is confirmed. Completion of the shipment with the receipt of the products

Terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of Withdrawal

It is noted that : terms and conditions regarding the rights of withdrawal and return are set out in Civil Code and the Law 3587/2007 on Consumer Protection, the provisions of which apply inexorably.

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product so that it is considered timely and no additional justification is needed from you.

In case of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the condition for the return is that the product is in its original condition, that the packaging is intact and that all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials are included. At the same time, the return is made at your own expense within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (either you return it yourself, or you send it with a carrier). If the return is approved, we will refund the full price you paid for that purchase in the same way you paid for it, while the original shipping costs and any fees incurred during the transfer of the price are non-refundable.

In the event that the product has lost its value due to mishandling that goes beyond the simple examination of the functionality and characteristics of the product, you will have to restore the reduction in value with monetary compensation. In this case, the specific monetary compensation will be deducted from the amount we will refund you. In any such case, you will be informed before the credit and refund process is completed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to cases that are excluded by applicable law and jurisprudence, such as products that may have been manufactured for you to your own specifications, services that have already been performed, products that are not suitable for return for reasons sanitary items if unsealed (e.g. insect repellents, chemical toilets, water filters/containers).

Return due to wrong product delivery:

In the event that the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase without shipping charges. The return of the product, in this case, can only be done if the product is in its original condition and with full original packaging.
